公司是中国电力设备招标采购、设备成套、设备咨询、设备监理业务的发起者和引领者，是国内火电设备招标范本、输变电设备国际招标范本的制定者，是国家设备监理条例/标准的主要起草单位之一。公司拥有国内火电、水电、新能源发电、输变电发展历程中设备招标、设备成套、设备监理的最高纪录近二十项，曾为全国近30个省的500多个项目提供过设备采购与咨询服务，机组总容量近4亿千瓦；为火电、水电、输变电近200个项目提供过设备监理服务，涉及国内外设备制造企业100多家，机组总容量超过1亿千瓦。
公司始终站在技术的前沿，曾参与火电300MW/600MW机组主机及主要辅机设备设计和制造技术的引进、消化、吸收工作，主持编写过大量设备质量及使用情况的调研报告，是十余个国家级学术学会、技术委员会的主任/副主任委员、理事单位。目前，公司在推动洁净煤燃烧发电技术、百万等级超超临界发电、第三代核电AP1000等技术的应用方面发挥着重要作用。
在国际合作方面，公司成功地完成了世行、亚行、外国政府贷款等多个外资项目的技术、商务咨询工作，承担过尼泊尔加德满都城网改造等国外工程项目的设备总承包工作，并与EDF、ALSTOM、AREVA、ABB、GE、SIEMENS等国际知名公司保持着多年的良好合作关系。
近年来，公司以“发展是第一要务”为指导思想，充分发挥人才、技术、市场等方面的优势，拓展了核电、新能源发电等业务领域，开发了管道供应、设备总承包、工程总承包、CDM、产品认证等产品和服务，在业务发展方面迈出了新的步伐。 China Power Complete Equipment Co., Ltd. (CPCEC) was originally named Complete Equipment Company under Ministry of Water Resources and Electric Power in 1972 when it was established, and renamed Complete Equipment Bureau under Ministry of Water Resources and Electric Power in 1987. In 1999, it was officially reconstituted into CPCEC. CPCEC has developed itself into the originator and pacemaker of bidding and procurement service, complete equipment service, equipment consulting and supervision businesses in China’s power industry. CPCEC served as the formulator of bidding documents samples for coal-fired power equipment procurement and of bidding documents samples for ICB procurement of power transmission and distribution equipment, and one of the drafters of the regulations/standards on equipment supervision in China. CPCEC has hit about 20 records in equipment bidding, complete equipment service, and equipment supervision during the development of coal-fired power, hydropower, new energy-based power and power transmission and distribution as well in China. CPCEC has delivered equipment procurement and consulting services for more than 500 projects covering almost 30 provinces around China with total installed capacity of approx. 400GW. CPCEC has performed equipment supervision services for approx. 200 projects with total installed capacity of over 100GW pertaining to coal-fired power, hydropower and power transmission and distribution, involving more than 100 manufactories both at home and abroad. CPCEC always keeps pace with the development of cutting-edge technologies and undertook the introduction, digestion and absorption of foreign design & manufacturing technology of the main set and auxiliaries of 300MW/600MW units. CPCEC has organized and prepared numerous research reports about equipment quality and performance. CPCEC also acts as the director/deputy director of a dozen of country-level academies, associations, technology committees, or the council member. At present, CPCEC has played an important role in promoting the application of IGCC technology, millions-level of ultra-super critical power generating technology, and the third generation of nuclear power technology AP1000, etc. In international arena, CPCEC has successfully accomplished technical and commercial consulting for a host of projects financed by the World Bank, Asian Development Bank and Loans from Foreign Governments. CPCEC has won many foreign projects as an equipment general contractor including the urban power grid upgrade of Katmandu, Nepal. Over past years, CPCEC has fostered good partnership with many big names like EdF, ALSTOM, AREVA, ABB, GE, and SIEMENS, etc. In recent years, guided by the concept of Development is top priority, CPCEC capitalized on its competitive advantages of talent pool, technology and market share and made significant steps in its business expansion by developing nuclear power and new energy-based power, etc. and by launching pipes supply, general contracting of equipment and engineering, CDM development and product certification, etc. |
